GRAN RESERVA PINOT NOIR 2017 Casablanca Valley |
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
ECHEVERRIA |
Medium deep red colour. Very faintly sweetish, ripe, plum-cherry purée nose with some spicy, cedary notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, spicy, tangy, ripe, cherry-cranberry-apple flavours with a fairly cedary, red licorice-tinged finish. Fairly tasty, commercial and ready-to-drink. Has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. Much better than the 2016 (*/*+) that was released on February 17, 2018 at $15.95. |
