Very deep purple colour. Very spicy, juicy, faintly smoky, black cherry puree nose. Fairly dry, medium bodied, spicy, juicy, ripe plum cherry flavours with a slightly cedary, licorice-clove-tinged finish. This blend of 75% Monastrell and 25% Syrah was aged six months in French oak and has 14.5% alcohol and 7 g/L residual sugar. The 2012 (*+) was released on October 1, 2016 at $17.95. CSPC 378869
