THE CONSPIRACY 2017 VQA Niagara Peninsula
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer THE FOREIGN AFFAIR
Fairly deep purple colour. Faintly herbal, plum-apple-cassis nose with some mineral notes. Fairly off dry, medium bodied, very spicy, quite well structured, spicy, faintly tangerine-tinged, ripe plum-cassis flavours with a lingering, high acid finish. Tasted once. This blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot has 13.2% alcohol a 3 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. The best yet.
