Deep intense purple colour. Intense, slightly spicy, bright, ripe, plum-crancherry nose with some gently gently complex, cedary notes. Dry medium to medium-full bodied, nicely textured, intense, bright, ripe, plum-crancherry puree flavours with a lingering, rich, bright, gently cedary, cassis-tinged finish. Quite delicious and ready-to-drink. Aged for 12 months in French oak, this impressive, very well-priced, 100% Carmenere has 13.5% alcohol under 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L25324 L2D on the back label.
