CHIANTI CLASSICO 2022 DOCG
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer ISOLE E OLENA
This new 2022 is the 15h release of Isole e Olena Chianti Classico in Vintages since 2003. Fairly deep purple-ruby colour, the nose is gently complex and faintly savoury with ripe, expansive, Damson plum and cassis-cherry fruit along with some toasty-sandalwood notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, nicely structured, and harmonious with bright, ripe plum-crancherry-cassis flavours are followed up by a lingering, harmonious, sandalwood-tinged finish.
