| Here is the most recent 2019 edition of this well-priced dry organic sparkling Riesling (the 2017 was in Vintages last April). Bright pale straw colour with beads of tiny bubbles. Attractive, fairly spicy, very fresh, ripe apple-lemon-melon nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, very fresh, ripe, apple-lemon flavours with a lingering, crisp, mineral-tinged, gently effervescent finish. Ready-to-drink. This tasty organic Riesling has 11% alcohol and about 8 g/L residual sugar. it comes with a crown capsule and although made in the Method Classique, it has only six months on the lees along with a slightly lower 5 atmospheres of pressure. |

This elegant sparkler is crafted from organic riesling, and it is brimming with ripe apple and zesty lime flavours. The delicate effervescence refreshes the palate and leads to a silky-smooth finish.
