One of 64 items (56% of 116 releases) not presented for evaluation under new LCBO policies. This REPEAT last appeared in Vintages (**/**+) on December 8, 2018 at $24.95 and was Recommended. Here is my previous note: Bright pale straw colour. Intense, very grassy, bright, ripe lemon-melon puree nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, quite well structured, spicy, very bright, ripe apple-melon-lemon-rhubarb puree flavours with a lingering, very crisp, unoaked, grassy finish. Has 13% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number W23642 on the back label. Screwcap closure. CSPC 10421

TASTING NOTE: A truly Marlborough style sauvignon blanc that comprises a blend of fruit from the Wairau and Awatere Valleys. Quite concentrated grapefruit, guava and subtle passionfruit flavours supported by fruity acidity. Good weight and texture. Drink 2017 to 2020.
