| Bright medium straw colour. Slightly spicy, mineral-tinged, very faintly leesy, ripe apple-pear-lemon-melon purée nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, fairly spicy, crisp, slightly floral, faintly honeyed, ripe melon-apple-pear flavours with a crisp unoaked finish. This very tasty, ready-to-drink, 100% Pecorino has 13% alcohol and 8 g/L residual sugar. |
