Very bright reddish pink colour with hints of orange. Slightly spicy, fairly intense, fresh, ripe, strawberry-plum-cherry nose. Dry, medium bodied, well-structued, harmonious, gently spicy, fresh, ripe, strawberry-plum-cherry flavors with a lingering, crisp, bright, unoaked finish. A ready-to-drink dinnertime French organic classic Tavel. This bargain-priced, organic/vegan Le Moulin Notre Dame is blend of Grenache, Syrah, Clairette and Cinsault with 13.5% alcohol and 6 g/L residual sugar with lot number L2TAV18 on the back label. This is an elegant and balanced blend of the grenache, clairette, cinsault and syrah varieties. Ripe raspberry notes with a hint of spice on the finish.
