A new non-Vintages, seasonal, limited-quantity Tavel. Tasting Note: Chateau de Manissy has 30 hectares of old vines in France's renowned Tavel appellation. This is an elegant and balanced blend of the grenache, clairette, cinsault and syrah varieties. Ripe raspberry notes with a hint of spice on the finish. Superb with seafood, tapenade or a goat cheese salad. Serving Suggestion: Pair with bouillabaisse, ratatouille, grilled fish or chicken Provencal. |
