Bright very light yellow colour. Intense, complex, very toasty, slightly spicy, key lime pie nose. Fairly dry, medium-full bodied, very intense, well structured, complex, slightly spicy, ripe, lemon-meringue pie flavours with a lingering, crisp, fairly high acid, cedary finish. Expansive and ready-to-drink. Best with poultry. Has 13.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L18024 on the back label.
