Bright medium straw colour. Intense, attractive, very spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe yellow grapefruit-apple purée nose with lots of floral notes. Fairly dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, intense, fresh, ripe yellow grapefruit-apple-melon flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, unoaked finish. An extremely tasty, ready-to-drink, refreshing, change of pace white! Goes well with seafood, cheese and poultry - even by itself!
