|TASTING NOTE: According to the winemaking team, the indigenous fynbos plants that surround the vineyard in which this wine grows have a huge impact on the flavour profile. There's certainly a lovely, almost minty, herbaceous quality along with notions of plum, olives and flowers. Savour this wonderfully easygoing wine with roast chicken and parsnip frites.
