Very bright light salmon pink colour. Very slightly honeyed, warm ripe apple-plum nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, ripe apple-plum puree flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked finish. Has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar.
