The lead grape in this blend is the rare Négrette, which is found mostly in Fronton. It first appeared there in the 12th century and is believed to have originated in Greece. To create the 2017 Château Bellevue La Forêt Rosé, Négrette was blended with Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay and Cabernet Franc. You can expect a fresh, fruity wine with a complex array of red and black fruit in a balanced, vibrant package. It's a great option for grilled salmon or chicken. Price $ 14.95
