TASTING NOTE: This is a pale, slim-downed, well balanced riesling with somewhat reserved aromas of lemon blossom, green apple, spice and some minerality. It's streamlined, just off-dry and nervy with fine acidity. The length is excellent. Some lovely sour lemon bitterness on the finish. Very pretty.
