The Curicó Valley is part of the Entre Cordillera (Central Valley). So varied are the conditions and terroir here that Echeverría works with plots of only half an acre to maximize the nuance and potential of each mesoclimate. This is crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot with an eye to emphasizing elegance and freshness. You can expect lively suggestions of apple, pear and apricot along with the traditional method's characteristic baked bread tones. Price $ 22.95
