Bright extremely pale straw colour. Slightly sweaty, spicy, grassy grapefruit nose. Fairly dry, light bodied, slightly spicy, somewhat thin lemon-melon-apple flavours with a crisp, gently grassy, faintly minty, mineral-tinged finish.
