Lightish, Spicy, Grassy
|Always a snappy, fresh take on Ontario Sauvignon Blanc that hits all the markers. You can expect characteristic vibrancy and zest, tangy lime and grapefruit and touches of orchard and tropical fruit. Year in and year out, this is a wine that delights with its upfront fun flavours and nuanced definition. A great wine for summer salads or seafood.
