LE PERRÉON BEAUJOLAIS-VILLAGES 2016 AC |
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
DOMAINE DE LA MADONE |
Extremely deep intense purple colour. Intense, peppery, spicy , basically unripe smelling, apple peel nose. Very dry, medium bodied, somewhat tart, slightly spicy, peppery, apple peel flavours with a herbal, faint sweet and sour finish. Two bottles tasted. Has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. This and the previous release (the 2015 (*) with a catastrophic 82-points released on November 26, 2016 at $15.95) would on my what not to buy list!. Zero value rating! You can safely ignore the 90-point tasting note appearing in the Vintages Catalogue. |
