TASTING NOTE: Grown in the Andean foothills of the Maule Valley, this impeccably balanced and well-structured Carm evokes campfire smoke, grilled herbs, black cherry, currants and plum. Spice and smoke interplay on the finish. Drink now through 2025 with chipotle-teriyaki chicken (not too spicy) or sizzling steaks. (Vintages panel, April 2018) |
