Bright extremely pale straw colour. Intense, very spicy, faintly honeyed, cirtusy (Orange Crush on first bottle) nose with some mineral notes. Very dry, medium to medium-light bodied, very spicy, mineral-driven, tangy, faintly grassy, citrus flavours with a lingering, high acid finish. Has 14.6% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 361121
