BLISS VINEYARD ESTATE BOTTLED CHARDONNAY 2016 Mendocino
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer BRUTOCAO
Bright very light straw colour. Intense, complex, slightly spicy, somewhat smoky, ripe lemon meringue nose. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, dense, ripe lemon-melon-apple flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, somewhat cedary, faintly smoky finish. Quite ready-to-drink. It is 100% barrel aged (perhaps a tad too cedary for my palate) and has 14.5% alcohol with 4 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 547182
