LA COULÉE D'ARGENT SEC VOUVRAY 2015 AC |
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
BOURILLON DORLÉANS |
Forward very light yellow colour. Fairly intense, spicy, honeyed, ripe apple-melon-lemon puree nose. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, complex, mineral-tinged, intense, apple-lemon flavours with a lingering, high acid finish. Great with oysters. This classic Chennin Banc has 13% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar. Well done! |
