Bright extremely pale straw colour. Intense, spicy, honeyed, ripe apple-lemon-melon nose with some mineral notes. Off dry, light bodied, tangy, spicy, faintly honeyed, intense, ripe lime-melon-apple-lemon flavours with a lingering, very crisp, unoaked, mineral-tinged finish. Has 10% alcohol and 30 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. The recommended 2015 (**+) was released on February 17, 2018 at $18.95. CSPC 89029
