| TASTING NOTE: This is a beautiful, elegant, refined honey wine that is refreshing and lithe. The sweetness is so well balanced by the acidity that there is not even a hint of cloying. The honey tones are joined by spice and citrus marmalade notes with a touch of tropical fruit. Vibrant, fun and long, this will be amazing as a digestif, but if you're feeling adventurous, try it with a spicy stir-fry - you will be delighted. (Vintages panel, April 2018) |
