Medium deep purple red colour. Spicy, sandalwood nose with some cooked apple-plum notes. Very dry, medium-light bodied, tart, tangy, somewhat peppery, dried plum-apple flavours with a very crisp finish. Has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a NEW lot L80223 number L80223 on the back label. The 2010 (*/*+) was released on October 29, 2016 at $15.95. TONY ASPLER / 86.5-points - Cedary, spicy nose of red apple and cherries with a light lilac note above creamy, earthy tones; medium-bodied, dry, mature, somewhat lea raspberry and red plum flavours. The fruit is beginning to dry out while still showing gripping tannins. A sandalwood note on the finish. CSPC 461301

Attractive aromas of sundried plums, bright cherry, cinnamon, ripe red apple, leather, resin, and cedar with a satiny, crisp, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a polished, medium-length ripe cherry, dusty earth, ground black pepper, and dried herbs finish with dusty tannins and light oak.
