Extremely deep intense purple colour. Herbal, gently complex, baked plum nose with some sandalwood notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, intense, ripe plum and baked cherry flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, sandalwood-tinged finish. This hefty 100% Sangiovese has 14.5% alcohol. |
