TASTING NOTE: Bourgueil is an appellation known for a distinctive style of Cabernet Franc that emphasizes elegance and tangy, crisp flavours. This one is true to type, with tangy berry, cherry and green veggie notes and a touch of earth. Lightly chill and pour with artichoke salad or grilled eggplant pizza. (Vintages panel, May 2017) |
