Deep intense purple colour. Slightly spicy, intense, baked plum-apple nose. Very dry, medium-bodied, somewhat tart, faintly spicy, dusty, plum-cherry-apple flavours with a very crisp, slightly peppery, firm, unoaked finish. This 100% Gamay has 13% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L1504 on the front label. The 2014 (**) was released on November 11, 2017 at $21.95. CSPC 368134
