The Aconcagua Valley is one Chile's hottest growing regions, and Cabernet Sauvignon does particularly well in the valley's warm, dry conditions. This is a wine that tends to the velvety, serene side of Cabernet, delivering up big, rich red and dark fruit tones. You can expect a charming, approachable wine that will serve you well when paired with beef main courses. |
