| Extremely deep intense purple colour. Attractive, intense, spicy, black cherry nose with some cedar notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, dense, quite well structured, intense, spicy, plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, high acid, cedary, faint mocha-chocolate finish. Has 14.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L16A20 - 19/01/18 on the back label. The recommended best buy 2014 (**+) was released on October 14, 2017 at $19.95. TONY ASPLER / 89-points / BEST BUY - Earthy, black fruits on the nose, spicy and slightly reductive; medium to full-bodied, savoury and fruity plum and black cherry flavours; firmly structured with lively acidity. |
