Simi was founded in 1876, and the cellars that were built in 1890 are still in use today. This Chardonnay is a reliable expression of Sonoma County that typically offers up apple and melon with caramel and deftly applied toasty oak, framed by enticing spice tones. You will also encounter a pure, distinct mineral tone. Enjoy this with grilled tuna or grilled pork loin. |
