Bright light yellow colour. ripe lemon meringue nose with some faintly salty, very cedary notes. Fairly dry, medium bodied, well structured, quite spicy, cedary, ripe lemon-melon flavours with a fairly crisp, lingering, bright, cedary, salt water taffy finish.
