Bright medium straw colour. Extremely toasty, complex, spicy, intense, baked lemon meringue nose with some Seville orange marmalade notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, very spicy, intense, tangy, pineapple-Seville orange marmalade flavours with a lingering, high acid, very cedary finish. Try with roast chicken. This unfined and unfiltered blend of 62% Chenin Blanc, 8% Clairette, 11% Viognier, 15% Grenache Blanc, no Sauvignon Gris and 4% Semillon has 13% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L7060E on the back label. TONY ASPLER / 89-points - Minerally, quince nose; medium to full-bodied, dry, well-extracted quince and pear flavours with a touch of bitterness on the finish for interest. CSPC 556597
