| Not presented at the press preview in the LCBO lab. Bright extremely pale straw colour. Attractive, intense, very spicy, honeyed, ripe apple-melon puree nose with lots of mineral notes. Off dry, sweetish, medium-light bodied, tangy, ripe lemon-melon-apple flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked, faintly mineral-tinged finish. Has 10% alcohol and 24 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. Part of the “More Ontario to Love” limited release of 6 items. |

| TASTING NOTE: This is really fascinating, a tight, lean Riesling that opens up to a dynamic and earthy nose of grapefruit, reductive minerals and a deep dive on salinity, like an ocean breeze, very complex.
