TASTING NOTE: This Aussie take on Bordeaux's white blend is roughly 71% Sauvignon Blanc and 29% Semillon. It is a refreshing and lively wine that allows both varieties to shine - grass and melon tipping off the presence of the Sauvignon Blanc, and the fullness and richness of the palate pointing out the Semillon. Pleasant and relaxed and fun, with citrus, grapefruit and green melon notes and a luxurious mouthfeel. You'd be mad not to try this with pan-seared trout or grilled prawns.
