L'OUBLIÉ NO. 48 XO COGNAC AC, France
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer LHÉRAUD
Bright orange-tinged light amber colour. Spicy, woodsy, fairly honeyed, dried apricot nose with some plummy notes. Dry, medium bodied, very spicy, honeyed, clementine-Seville orange marmalade flavours with lots of caramel notes on the lingering finish. The impression of sweetness lingers and the woodsy fallen leaf notes are absent. It has 42% alcohol and was tasted twice but is not to my personal taste. CSPC 548347
