Medium deep purple colour. Very spicy, juicy, ripe plum-cherry puree nose with some cedary mineral-tinged notes. Dry, medium bodied, very spicy, ripe plum-cherry-raspberry flavours with a lingering, high acid, tangy mineral-tinged finish. Has 13.8% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. TONY ASPLER / 89-points - Ruby coloured; high-toned, cedary, earthy nose of black cherries with a note of rhubarb; medium-bodied, dry, lean and sinewy, firmly structured with evident oak. Needs time to meld but will be worth the wait (4-5 years). CSPC 493163
