Bright medium straw colour. Intense, complex, mineral-driven, slightly grassy, ripe lemon meringue-tinged, faintly toasty nose with lots of mineral notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, well structured, tangy, slightly spicy, intense, white peach flavours with a lingering, slightly grassy, high acid, lifted, very faintly bitter finish. Has 12% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L-EGGB3509 on the back label. Screwcap closure.
