Bright light straw colour. Spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe apple-lemon nose with lots of mineral notes. Very dry, medium-light bodied, tangy, slightly spicy, fresh ripe lemon-apple flavours with a fairly effervescent, very crisp, unoaked finish.
