Bright medium straw colour. Fairly complex, spicy, honeyed, yellow apple nose. Seems off dry, quite light bodied, slightly spicy, honeyed, ripe apple-melon flavours with a crisp, unoaked finish. Ready-to-drink, easy-to-enjoy, Springtime quaffer. Has 13.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L10300 on the back label. Screwcap closure. This 2017 vintage has nice acidity and structure and shows lovely citrus, apple, pear and peach fruit. Savour it with grilled chicken or barbecued pork sausages.
