Extremely pale straw colour. Slightly spicy, somewhat shy, faintly honeyed, ripe apple-melon-lemon nose with some faint, mineral-tinged, grassy notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, tangy, mineral-tinged, lemon-apple-melon flavours with a lingering, mineral-tinged, high acid, gently grassy finish. This classy Sauvignon Blanc has 13% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar. a screwcap closure.
