| Bright light yellow colour. Intense, honeyed, very spicy, bright, ripe apple-lemon-melon-lychee nose. Sweet, medium bodied, well structured, harmonious, spicy, lychees and candied apple-lemon flavours on the palate with a lingering, crisp, unoaked finish. Ready-to-drink. Has 13% alcohol and 14 g/L residual sugar. The recommended best buy 2013 (**+) was released on October 14, 2017 at $17.95. |

| TASTING NOTE: Gewürz is quite a rare delicacy in Ontario and few do it better than Cave Spring. This wine is just on the cusp of off-dry and shows beautifully perfumed rose petal, lychee, sweet apple and spice notes with nice, bright acidity. Chill and sip with sushi or ginger pork.
