TASTING NOTE: Tina Pfaffmann is a fourth-generation winemaker who took over and renamed her family-run winery in 2000. This tasty wine is nicely balanced, with peach, floral and mineral notes and mouthwatering acidity. It's a good choice for schnitzel cordon bleu or fish and chips.
