A Best Buy
TASTING NOTE: Flat Rock Cellars crafts this Chardonnay with an eye to delivering a bright, focused flavour profile. To that end, the oak is judiciously applied to ensure that it complements but never dominates. Fresh and lively with notes of baked buttery apples, lemon, vanilla and a wonderfully creamy mouthfeel, this is top-flight cool-climate Chardonnay. This is huge bang for the buck and the kind of wine you'll want to keep around - stock up. A nice option for barbecued chicken. (Vintages panel, Nov. 2017) Price $ 19.95
