Bright extremely pale straw colour. Slightly spicy, fresh, ripe apple-lemon nose with some faintly leesy, mineral notes. Fairly dry, light bodied, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, mineral-tinged, ripe apple-lemon flavours with a crisp, unoaked finish. Has 10% alcohol and 17 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure.
