TASTING NOTE: Prince Edward County is Ontario's fastest-growing wine region. This vibrant, expressive wine features notes of crushed raspberry, cherry, cassis and herbs. Bright acidity keeps things lively and lean and ensures versatility with food. Pair with roast beef sandwiches topped with radishes quick-pickled in red wine vinegar and a side of roasted vegetables (think red pepper, eggplant and zucchini) that have been marinated in olive oil, sea salt and herbs.
