| This non-Vintages reliable Cava is avialable in over 370 LCBO outlets. Bright light straw colour. Intense, fairly complex, minerally, faintly honeyed, gently toasty, slightly spicy, ripe lemon-melon-apple nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, quite well structured, harmonious, spicy, tangy, ripe lemon-melon-apple flavours with good effervescence and a lingering, crisp, faintly toasty finish. TONY ASPLER / 89-points / BEST BUY - Minerally, chalky, lemon and green apple nose; medium-light bodied, dry, slightly earthy, green apple flavour with good length aided by citrus acidity. Has 12% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L7333431on the back label. |
