Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer COSTA LAZARIDI
Very deep intense purple colour. Intense, slightly spicy, sandalwood-tinged, ripe plum-cherry nose with some gently cedary, mineral-tinged notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, fairly dense, somewhat spicy, baked plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, somewhat cedary, high acid finish. This REPEAT blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 10% Agiorgitiko has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a new lot number L.17110 on the capsule. This batch is showing better than the 2014 (**) that was last released on July 8, 2017 at $24.95. CSPC 724831
