Bright very light yellow colour. Intense, spicy, honeyed, bright, ripe lemon meringue nose with some toasty notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, complex, dense, intense, ripe lemon meringue flavours with a lingering, high acid, cedary finish. Quite ready-to-drink. Best with poultry.
