The village of Binyamina is named for Baron Edmond Benjamin James de Rothschild, a major benefactor to the Israeli wine industry in the late 19th century. He established a perfume factory in Binyamina in 1925; isn't it sweet that this building would eventually become one of Israel's leading wineries? Expect a rich, balanced wine with pronounced notes of red fruit and fresh herbs. Ready to enjoy now with the producer's suggested pairings of grilled vegetables or pesto gnocchi. |
