Day glo pale salmon pink colour. Very spicy, mineral-tinged, dried apple-plum nose. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, very bright, tangy, plum-cherry-apple flavours with a crisp, effervescent finish. A ready-to-drink crowd-pleaser. Has 12% alcohol and 12 g/L residual sugar with lot number 17128-1720 on the back label. The first bottle samples was somewhat sulphury. CSPC 539080
